About Clubcard Migration to My Lotus's

 

We’ve rebranded Clubcard app to Lotus’s app. Rest assured, you can continue to earn points as usual. In fact, we’ve added a feature where you can now pay with your points at the checkout, which translates to more rewards for you!

Clubcard is now replaced with My Lotus’s Loyalty programme. Consequently, we will automatically migrate your account for you. If you were a Clubcard member and have your profile updated to your mobile number, you should be able to continue logging in to My Lotus’s via the app.

If you have more than 1 Clubcard account registered with the same personal details, you should have received an either an email/SMS/letter notification to inform you to update through a unique link given. Your accounts will be merged into the card number that you’ve provided through the website and it will migrate to My Lotus’s. If you did not do this, we migrated only the account that had the most recent transition.

No, your points are not lost and we will ensure that it is migrated into the new app. However, due to system migration, it will show you the total amount of points migrated in lieu of the historical transactions you made to gain those points.

Due to the migration, we are unable to show the breakdown for all transactions prior to 2 February 2022, but we have made every effort to ensure that points have been transferred completely.

This is just a more detailed breakdown showing where the points were deducted from. Rest assured that the total amount of points redeemed will still be 800 points in this case.

All your vouchers and coupons have been transferred to your My Lotus’s account. We’ve grouped it for your convenience in the ‘My Rewards’ section.  

Unfortunately, we are unable to migrate coupons or vouchers that were redeemed but not used. We value your membership and shopping experience with Lotus’s and as such we have refunded points of equivalent value to your account.  You may check the refunds of points under ‘Points history’.

If you had Tesco Online account with no Clubcard: Please register for a new Lotus’s account via the app or web at www.lotuss.com.my, your Lotus’s account will come with the loyalty rewards benefits moving forward.
